RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Loyal Stricklin will gladly accept returns for exchange within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. If you ordered an item with a "free shipping" option, then the full cost of the item minus the actual shipping will be refunded. This includes items that have been ordered but have not yet shipped.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we can not take returns for a cash refund. Item must be in new, unused condition. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choices!
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not subject to return for exchange for any reason.
However, if you feel that the condition of your item does not match what the listing stated, please email us at email@example.com for our consideration.
How to make a Return for Exchange:
1. You may Exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit; Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect, unless the defect was stated in the listing and the customer made fully aware of any issues with quality, including but not limited to samples, one-offs, or custom requests. If you have purchased a normally priced item advertised to be of standard quality, but it has a defect, we will happily pay your return shipping. If a customer elects an exchange, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping.
2. Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item.
3. Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original tags attached.
4. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.
After your return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item / issued a credit for the value of the item. Items shipped to us without a exchange authorization will be shipped back to you - please help us help you!
Please note: Loyal Stricklin cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Loyal Stricklin.
We stand by our products, and we’ll are happy to fix issues with craftsmanship (faulty stitching or hardware) within the warranty period. (click here to read about our warranty). If your Loyal Stricklin item has a defect or needs a repair, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you further instructions. Buyer pays shipping both ways, but the repairs are free.
